About the Owner

Kris Mossman

A little bit about myself.  I have been implementing process improvement projects formally for the past 8 years and informally most of my adult life.  I started working on these projects formally while I was employed in the energy industry and have since moved outside of that industry and expanded to other industries and areas including engineering, architecture, and construction.  Informally I have been conducting these types of projects on a smaller scale since I entered the corporate arena.

My education started at Kansas University (Rock Chalk)  and graduated with dual majors: Sociology and Human Development.  After college I moved back to Colorado, waitressed for a while and then decided I needed to further my education so I went back to school and became a certified paralegal which opened the corporate door with my first job working with contracts, negotiating boiler plate terms and conditions and reviewing redlines.  After many years of this, I wanted to further my career some more and got my M.B.A. which I obtained at Regis University.  After my M.B.A. I became LEAN certified (green belt) and completed the Project Management program at Colorado State University.

I have a great passion for process improvement both on the personal side as well as the professional side.  On the personal side, I enjoy creating efficiency within the home by helping families become more organized, eliminating unnecessary errands and consolidating chores which ultimately gives families back time, finances and the ability to enjoy your lives.

On the professional side, I see so many inefficiencies in various organizations and know the cost of these inefficiencies.  I want to be able to take my passion and help your organizations become more efficient, less redundant and ultimately more profitable.  I have been able to cut costs by simply making processes smoother.

On the personal side,  I am a wife and mother to three amazing kids.  I am a Colorado native and when I am not working or with my family, you can find me at the gym or reorganizing my house.
